About
Hi, I am Yuriy Kril. I try and review help desk software so you could choose the best one.
I have a lot of hands-on experience in software development and know everything there is to know about help desk software and data migration.
Currently, I am a Chief Technology Officer at Relokia and have been working here for the last two years. Relokia owns the Help Desk Migration service, a top-rated data migration solution which businesses use to switch their help desk software. We worked with companies like Automattic, Thule, Minerva Networks, Petplan, and Cosmos.
Prior to working at Relokia, I worked at MagneticOne for around six years. There, I started as a Junior PHP Web Developer and transitioned into the Chief Technology Officer position about three years later. I have also pursued my degree in computer network engineering from Ternopil National Technical University. It is safe to say I have a lot of expertise in software development!
What drove me to create DoVersus
DoVersus is a side project of mine, and its goal is to provide unbiased reviews of help desk software so that organizations can easily pick the help desk software that best aligns with their budget and needs.
Having taken part in building the Help Desk Migration service, I’ve seen that managers and business owners often struggle with choosing the best help desk solution. To be fair, the selection of software today is overwhelming, to say the least.
Since I work with help desk software on a daily basis, I decided that I can provide invaluable and detailed insights that you can rarely find in other help desk reviews. Therefore, I decided to create a website you’re browsing right now.
I reside and work in Ternopil, Ukraine, with my wife and two kids. I thoroughly enjoy spending quality time with my family and throwing BBQ parties to relax and have fun.
If you have any questions or comments, just send me an email. I would love to hear ideas on how we can improve DoVersus, so don’t hesitate to send those! Also, let’s connect on LinkedIn to stay in touch.
