This is a well-integrated platform, and the payment method of this software is excellent because it lets you pay as you grow, and the team behind the tool cares for the customers’ success. The platform is easy to use, friendly and fast. Salesforce commerce offers a great set of tools that meets all our needs.
The page load time is slow; it loads around 3-4 seconds. Also, it offers a lot of customization capabilities. Still, it is SaaS driven, and the multi-channel part is not optimal even when considerable progress is made with DSS, and the page speed is only sometimes constant. Moreover, the ecosystem is a bit weak and doesn’t drive external companies or freelancers to develop add-ons or tools.
